The interlude between the third and fourth chapters of the "Carter Files", a side roleplay story where Jack Carter, the Ultimate Detective, sets out to find Chara Dreemurr, the young girl who has become something akin to "God". With information gathered on Chara Flowers, the girl who eventually became Dreemurr, Jack returns to the base of the Hope Faction to share what he learned, determine a method to track Miss Dreemurr, and pursue her across the Multiverse.
In this video, the players consolidate the information gathered on Flowers/Dreemurr in order to continue the investigation. However, this interlude is shot from some sort of strange perspective, with occasional quotes that may offer clues. See if you can figure it out!
Once again there are two types of "file folders" that will pop up during the video. Pink ones talk about the way roleplay and missions are handled in the SKG Community. Yellow ones showcase game, world, and mission lore.

4:50 - Dr. Kai theorizes how the Creature, the entity that devours universes, moves throughout the Multiverse, and that Dreemurr may move in a similar fashion.
6:13 - Dr. Kai gives Jack operational data on tracking how the Creature may move.
6:58 - Jack has Dr. Kai upload the data regarding Flowers' past on the Hope Mainframe for ease of access by any factions.
7:09 - "I can't breathe"
7:24 - Jack finally shows Deimos one of the defunct Monoanzen units.
9:26 - Deimos discovers that the Monoanzen's AI is just dormant, meaning that it is "still alive."
10:07 - Deimos determines that hacking the dormant Monoanzen's memory will be like hacking into a comatose patient's mind.
10:33 - Deimos hacks into the Monoanzen and finds a file marked as "Critical."
10:50 - Deimos views that the critical file, which is titled "Genocide Run." The narrator explains the events of Flowers' Genocide Run in the SkyMM6 live-action game.
11:41 - Deimos discovers that the next video file is a recording of Flowers' (Danganronpa-style) Trial in SkyMM6.
12:31 - Deimos and Sirona view Flowers' Trial. The narrator explains that Flowers ends up completely derailing the other SkyMM6 players before throwing the trial, admitting the Genocide Run, and revealing what her step-father (not her father, as Jack's player misspoke earlier) did to her.
14:02 - "Or you could just delete it"

15:20 - "Why won't they stop?"
16:44 - Jack uploads the two videos Deimos retrieved to the Hope Faction's Main Database, alongside Flowers' files from the police, all under the case file folder called The Chara Files.
17:06 - "One copy of those files is enough, the files on the PDA are gone"
17:41 - Jack pulls together a party of himself, Masato, Misa, and Tobias to go to the next world in his quest to find Dreemurr.
18:17 - Before Masato leaves, Lucinda pulls him to the side to discuss how Dreemurr disrupted both of their abilities across the Multiverse when they were helping Carter in Flowers' home universe, much like how the files on Deimos' PDA just vanished without a trace.
18:52 - "Then why are you helping?"
19:31 - "So why the fuck are you helping?!"
20:03 - "If I want people, I'll reach out"
20:28 - "It is now..."
