Fastest FX Computer Showdown - PCIE 3.0 vs PCIE 2.0 Does Link Speed Matter?

In this episode I explore the differences between PCI Express link speeds for older generation FX motherboards. In my previous video series I claimed that I had built the worlds fastest FX computer only to learn there is another YouTuber out there that was busy building their own version of the fastest FX computer. The other YouTuber (C.A.S.T6782) built his PC using PCI Express 2.0 where mine is PCI Express 3.0. This friendly competition led to the question does PCI Express version / link speed really matter?
