About the composer

Based in Cornwall in the United Kingdom, I have been writing music for 25 years. I am also a mother with a small child and remember how difficult the early days were as I tried to get my child into a sleep routine. Music is so calming and effective in getting your child off to sleep and, crucially, staying asleep!

My music has been written to help relax your child, whether they are of newborn age, toddler age or primary-school age. Many videos also include sound effects such as fire, ocean, rain and nature sounds to enhance the soothing, hypnotic feel of the music, as well as white noise which is perfect for blocking out the sounds of a busy house during a daytime nap.
