Resina, Model NRS51RH, automatic, stainless steel, left to right, large cap and container, single head chuck capper. Rated from 20 to 40 containers per minute - depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Cap size range: 70mm to 120mm and is capable of handling a wide variety of large sized and shaped containers with proper change parts. Equipped with cleated cap feeder and has 31" long x 29" wide x 30" deep cap hopper with interlock safety switch and 70" long x 12" wide cleated belt with 1/2" high cleats on 6" centers to crossover cap chute. Capper has 96" long x 4-1/2" wide stainless steel delran belt container conveyor with adjustable guide rails, cap chute, transfer shoe, and cap button with double side container grippers and single head, air actuated mechanical chuck with boston gear drive. Control panel has cap elevator, plunger, timer holder and conveyor speed control dials with on, off and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on (4) leg stainless steel base base frame with interlock safety door guarding and statis light bar.
