Located on the 2nd floor of my friend's shophouse (where he runs his auto detailing business).

I never heard of this brand before, Cool Select. There is even no specification label available on the fan which makes me more clueless about what company manufactures this fan (plus I am not too expert on the portable fan universe). But judging by the build quality, I would say this fan is on a similar level to the Krisbow HV fans that were sold at Ace Hardware (which is now rebranded to az ko), very decent.

About the condition itself, it has rusted quite badly. The power wire has been replaced, and even the speed sequence is disordered. It goes medium, high, and low. And that's most likely because someone wired it incorrectly while replacing the power wire back then.
