2024 EPIC New Skyrim Home, Dragonia, for PC

Dragonia is a new, epic Skyrim player home for PC (SE/AE). It was created by NexBeth, who also made another epic home, Riverwood Falls Manor and Bleak Mines. This home is located Northeast of Ivarstead, right down the path from the river, near a troll's lair. The home offers just about every amenity you could want, with a stable (and free horse), 15 fertile soils, beautiful gardens and views, a woodchopping block, chicken coupe, apiary, a cooking pot, hearthfire oven, butter churn, full smithing suite, multiple sets of alchemy labs, enchanting tables, staff enchanters, a spider imbuing chamber, all of the shrines to the divines, pools, springs, bathrooms, showers, toilets, murals, art work, tons of NPC's with routines that come with the property, beds for 12 of your followers and 4 children, a master suite for you and your spouse, tons of named storage and special item displays spread throughout the home, a huge armory, cloud storage at the home and at inns all over Skyrim, and it even has a Daedric Ruin, which has tons of Daedric shrines that offer unique buffs! The NPC's all have backstories noted in the Dragonian Facility Journal found in the strong box by the first shrine on the way to High Hrothgar. Even though the Dragonborn carries the burden to save everyone on Nirn, they do get quite the spoils by inheriting this property for free! I hope you enjoy this one!
