We’ve all been there, couldn’t turn down the great price for a 10 pound pork loin at Costco. We stick it in the freezer because we didn’t wanna deal with it, and now you have to pull it out and face the fact that you don’t know what to do with it.

There are many ways to do it, thin slice it for frying, or thick slice it for crockpot, take a big section for smoking, or the whole thing.

I typically smoked mine whole. But I get bored with the same thing over and over. I decided to make this pork loin three different ways to inspire you for a great pork loin your family will love.
