This is a review of the boxing Cobra physical trainer, Big Boa. He was first released in 1987 and re-released in 1988. There is some conflicting stories for the creation of this figure, the main two being he was supposed to be a nemesis to a cancelled Rocky mail-in figure... or he was salvaged from the tooling of said cancelled figure (Rocky BalBOA... Big BOA... hmmm...).
An interesting note: the Funskool version (made in India in the late 1990's) had a weighted ball on the end of the punching bag. This added the effect of the bag bouncing back upright after a hit!
