Wanted to hop on here and talk about my skin journey since my whole Accutane series and the products that played a part in repairing my damaged skin barrier and healing my acne scars.

While I did have a session of microneedling RF (   • I Tried Microneedling RF for Acne Sca...  ) that seemed to be helpful, what I've learned is that there isn't a magical treatment that will repair my skin overnight. These things take time and patience. Since I was diagnosed with ADHD last year, my focus has been to become more consistent with my skincare routine. This meant cutting out the extra fluff and focusing on products with clean ingredient lists and a simple, do-able skincare routine.

The key to healthy skin is a combination of the right diet, medication (if needed - for hormonal acne), and a sustainable skincare routine.
