PNW Components: How to Install External Coast Dropper Post and Loam Lever

Installation of the PNW Components Coast Dropper Post and Loam Lever requires the following tools:
5mm, 4mm, and 3mm Allen Wrenches
Cable Cutters (MTB specific cable cutters are preferred, but not required)
Pliers
Shock pump
Torque wrench
