A Short Pneumatic Actuator is connected with the Servo Valve. The servovalve has one input and two output of A or B which are connected to the cylinders end connections. This is an opel loop testing. There is a load cell that displays the load being applied by the Pnuematic Actuator but it is still not being used in the Feedback Loop. The servovalve is being operated with an signal generator module that can generate 0-10 v signal output. The valve stops the cyliner with 5 V supply and move in more direction when the supply is less than 5 and move the other direction with supply greater than 5 Volts. The cylinder speed is based on how much is the difference of voltage w.r.t 5 volts supply. For example it moves upward slowly at 4 Volts and faster at 3.5 volts and so on the valve moves the cylinder the other way with greater speed when supplied with 9 volts as compared to 6 volts etc.
