I have been using FCPX, Adobe Premiere, Da Vinci Resolve and other pro software for editing, and OBS, Camtasia and Capto but found the simplicity and reliability of ScreenFlow to be the perfect combination, I am not saying it is perfect, but it gets the job done.

In my opinion, it is one of the, if not thee best screen recording / screen capture software out there.
It can record Multiple screens / Monitors
Capture webcam or DSLR over Capture Card
Record any iOS device like your iPhone or iPad
and Register Audio from various sources.

It is also a fully capable Video Editor.
Multiple Tracks, Transitions, speed manipulation, callouts and pop up, you can blur parts of the screen and highlight others overlay unlimited tracks and much more, all while keeping ease of use in mind!
