INSTANT 10% FPS Boost | Disable VBS in Windows 10/11

Windows 10 and 11 recently added a new security feature and it's enabled by default - even after just updating. If you have it enabled and don't use virtual machines you can disable it for an instant up to +10% or more FPS boost.
