 This week we take our second adventure into the realms of Hogwarts Express Bustle Dresses with the Overskirt! I just wanted to get this bad boy cranked out and ready for trimming, but man did this one throw me with a ton more hand sewing than expected. Leveling-up is hard, but worth it. The flat lining turned out really well thanks to all of the basting I did ad I didn't have to argue with the sewing machine and limited space when I attached a highly pleated butt-poof to the highly ruffled skirt panel, so at least there's that! Anyway, I do hope you enjoy!
