3.The main structure
(1)Crushing equipment: the main crusher, the blades will finish the crushing process.
(2)Separation equipment: air separator device, wind and screen mainly complete the initial separation of copper and plastic.
(3)Small vibrating bed: vibration will carry out secondary separation.
(4)PCL control system: you can control the operation of the whole machine by this part.

4.Working process
(1)Waste cables are cut by crusher blades and you can obtain 3 to 5mm cable particles.
(2)Mixed waste cable particles are largely separated from copper and plastic by wind and gravity.
(3)Copper and plastic are separated again by small vibrating table to obtain pure copper and pure plastic.
(4)Copper outlet gets pure copper, plastic outlet gets pure plastic.
