I call this 75 Harder Challenge! 🎉 & yesterday was my day 1. The fun has just begun, and I can’t wait to share this incredible journey with all of you. I’ll be vlogging every single day to keep you updated on my progress.

Rules of the Challenge:

1. Wake up before sunrise 🌅
2. 2 workouts per day 🏋️‍♀️
3. Strict diet - no cheat days 🥗
4. No alcohol 🚫
5. 4 liters of water daily 💧
6. Daily progress selfie 📸
7. 10 minutes of non-fiction reading 📚
8. 10 minutes of meditation 🧘‍♀️
9. Write 5 things you’re grateful for every night ✍️
10. Max 2 hours of social media scrolling 📱 (I kept it to 1.5 hours! 😇)
11. Work-related goal: 1 action every day for your dream career
