You do not have a faith problem. You have an order problem.

Most men who feel disconnected from God are not doubters. They are men who love God, believe in God, and would say without hesitation that faith is the most important thing in their life. But if someone followed them around for a week and watched how they actually spent their time, they would not reach the same conclusion.

Not because the faith is fake. Because there is no system behind it. They are relying on feelings to govern the most important relationship in their life. And feelings are not a system. They are weather.

Think about your physical training. If you walked into the gym every day with no plan and no structure, just whatever you felt like doing, you would quit within two weeks. No one argues with that. But then men approach their relationship with God and expect Sunday mornings and crisis moments to carry them through.

In this video, I break down the Spiritual OS — the first and most important operating system in The Whole Man framework — and the 5-5-5 daily practice that anchors it. When this system is running, every other area of your life stabilizes. When it is not, everything gets harder than it needs to be. I have tested both directions. The difference is not subtle.
