Edible moss cake recipe:
1 egg, 1 tbsp sugar, 4 tsp glucose, 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, Green gel colour (as required)
Beat egg, sugar and glucose till fluffy, add the gel colour, sifted flour and baking powder. Mix gently and pour in a plastic microwave safe container and microwave 2 - 3 minutes covered with plastic wrap. (Don't grease the pan; and gently tear the cake after it cools down)
