SERVES: 680 gm Cake

INGREDIENTS:

Cake Base:
• ¾ Cup Milk (दूध)
• 2 Tsp Vinegar (सिरका)
• ½ Cup + 2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
• ½ Tsp Vanilla Essence (वैनिला एसेंस)
• 2 Tbsp Milk Powder (दूध पाउडर)
• ¼ Cup Refined Oil (तेल)
• 1 Cup All Purpose Flour/Maida (मैदा)
• 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder (कोको पाउडर)
• 1 Tsp Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)
• ¼ Tsp Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा/मीठा सोडा)

Glaze:
• 6 Tbsp Sugar (चीनी)
• 4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder (कोको पाउडर)
• 1 Cup/240ml Water (पानी)
• ½ Cup Dark Chocolate (डार्क चॉकलेट)

Frosting:
• ¾ Cup Whipping Cream (व्हिप्पिंग क्रीम)
• 1 & ½ Tbsp Cocoa Powder (कोको पाउडर)

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:

• Kadhai/Cooker (No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 10 min & then at low flame for 35-40 min

• OTG/Convection: Preheat at 180°C for 10 min. Then bake for 30-35 min
