1 lb beef stew pieces
Hard shell tacos
1/4 chopped red onion
1/2 bunch chopped cilantro
1 deseeded, deveined diced jalapeno
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tbsp avocado oil
Salt & pepper

CHICKEN KARAHI CURRY:
2 lb chicken breast
4 chopped roma tomatoes
1/2 red or white chopped onion
1/2 chopped cilantro
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp cumin seeds
3 crushed cardamom pods
1 cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf
Avocado oil to cover bottom of pan
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
Salt to taste

KOFTA:
2 lbs ground beef
5 golden potatoes
2 thinly sliced roma tomatoes
1/2 sliced red onion
Sauce:
2 tbsp tahini paste
1/2 lemon juice
1 tsp kofta seasoning
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp seasoned salt
Salt to taste
Meat seasoning:
2 tsp kofta seasoning
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
