Our homemade oatmeal cookie cream pies recipe is so delicious and filled with a delicious cream cheese frosting.

Oatmeal cookie Cream Pie Recipe:
1/2 cup of butter (softened)
1/4 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of brown sugar
Cream together until light and fluffy
1 Tbsp of molasses
1 egg
2 tsps of vanilla extract
beat together until completely combined
3/4 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp of salt
3/4 tsp of baking soda
Give a quick mix together
1 1/4 cups of all purpose flour
Mix in 1/2 at a time until combined
2/3 cup of oatmeal
Gently blend to not break oatmeal

Grease cookie pan
Roll cookie dough into 1.5 tbsp sized dough balls
Bake at 350 for 10 to 13 minutes
This recipe makes about 14 cookies or 7 cream pies

Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe:
6 Tbsp of butter (softened)
4 oz of cream cheese (softened)
Beat until creamy and combined
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Give a quick mix
1 cup of powdered sugar
Mix at low speed
1 tsp of heavy cream
Mix in until fully combined
(We want a stiffer frosting so very little cream is added)
