Repton Gardens

Together with McLaren Construction Group we have celebrated the topping out of Repton Gardens (NW09/10) at Wembley Park!

Across three buildings, the site comprises 1,000sqm of ground floor 'local needs' retail space, a GP surgery, and 396 Build to Rent homes (including 117 affordable homes) to be managed by Quintain Living. Repton Gardens is the latest in our delivery of the largest BtR site in the UK. As with all Quintain Living buildings, residents will have access to exceptional amenity space including a landscaped podium garden, residents’ lounge, a gym, and WFH facilities. Innovative products from Kohler and rainwater harvesting will contribute to low water usage and the underground car park offers electric charging points. The construction has thus far provided work to over 430 Brent residents (and counting!).
