I abseil to one of my ledges in Albany. Along the way I show a quick snippet of one of my favourite climbs at the same location(thanks Zed for the footage    / @itsalifestyle_zn  )
I catch a Breaksea Cod (Epinephelides armatus) and Harlequin Fish (Othos dentex)
Then I cook up the heads and wings at home.
