SIGHTS AND SOUND

The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Chief Samuel Ogbuku, PhD, has been honoured with the Distinguished Award for Excellence in Infrastructure Delivery and Sustainable Regional Growth at the Nigeria Excellence Awards in Public Service (NEAPS).

The award was presented on behalf of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Senator George Akume, CON. The President’s message highlighted the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) and Dr Ogbuku’s remarkable contributions to infrastructure development and sustained regional growth in the Niger Delta.

The ceremony, held at the State House Conference Centre, Abuja, drew attendance from senior government officials, policymakers, and development partners.
