1. Q: How does the half-cut system work?
A: Imitating the adhesive label die cutting work method, feed the IML label with a 55-micron glassine liner together. Only cut through the IML; the flexible blade will get good substrate protection from the liner.
P.S.: The glassine liner is recyclable.

2. Q: What’s the benefit?
A: According to the magnetic knife, it won’t touch the support cylinder directly, resulting in less abrasion, which significantly extends the service life compared to full cutting.
