The phrase, "punching above my weight" comes to mind when I think of this piece. It's extremely demanding (at least for me) , and it took me months to get it to the point where I was reasonably happy with it.

It was my second piece (the one I was allowed to choose) at this year's Madonna Federation Festival, and I love it--especially 2:30-3:34 which is equal parts aching beauty and technical badassery. Happy to say I did that part justice--before choking at the end. That's okay, though--as they say, "Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence." (Or in my case, pretty good-ness.)
