Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Secretary Silvestre Bello III, Senator Emmanuel Pacquiao, ACTS OFW Partylist Representative Aniceto Bertiz III, Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Undersecretary Sarah Lou Arriola, and DFA Assistant Secretary Hjayceelyn Quintana are also in attendance during the press conference.
