The Predictive Index Learning Indicator is a timed online assessment given to prospective employees by a hiring company.
12 minutes are given to complete as much of the assessment as possible.
The purpose of the assessment is to measure a potential hire’s cognitive ability or capacity to learn and adapt in the workplace.
Cognitive ability can include the ability to:
understand complex ideas,
adapt effectively to the environment,
learn from experience,
reason,
and overcome obstacles.
The Predictive Index Learning Indicator was released as the newest part of the Predictive Index suite near the end of 2015 and is often used in tandem with the Predictive Index assessment.
