Lemon Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients for about 15 cookies
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
The grated zest of 1 lemon
1 stick (113g) unsalted butter, softened
1 large egg
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
6 ounces (1 cup) bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate chips (I used a combination of the two)

Bake 350°F 12 minutes for soft cookies, 15 minutes for crisp cookies
