Koh-e-Jabbar AKA Mount Mahadev is the highest peak of Zabarwan range. It's a 5-6 hour trek starting from Scholar's school at Fakir Gugri, Dara Harwan.
The gradient of this trek is difficult and challenging as well. The peak stands at an elevation of 3966 meters.
We started the trek at around 07:00am in the morning and reached the top at 02:07pm in the afternoon. It took us more time to reach the top cause a member suffered from an injury, thankfully a minor one but he had to stay at Lidwas as he couldn’t summit from there on.

As we ascend the slopes of Mount Mahadev, we find ourselves surrounded by a mesmerizing panorama of verdant valleys, pristine rivers, and awe- inspiring snow-capped peaks. The air is crisp, and the tranquility is unmatched. Mount Mahadev offers an array of adrenaline-pumping activities. From exhilarating trekking trails that challenge your stamina to rock climbing expeditions that test your skills, there's no shortage of thrilling experiences for the adventurous souls among us. If you're looking to unwind and connect with nature, Mount Mahadev provides countless serene spots. Picture yourself sitting by a cascading waterfall, listening to the soothing melody of flowing water, or finding solace amidst the gentle rustling of ancient forests. It's a true sanctuary for those seeking peace and rejuvenation.
