On Tuesday 21st June 2011 Iraqi Deputy Minister Mr. Labeed Abbawi and Belarusian Deputy Minister Mr. Sergi Aleinik conducted at the Ministery of Foreign Affairs in Minsk the first political consultations between the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to strengthen bilaterial corporation between the two countries. Corporation Agreement was signed at the end of the meeting. HE Ambassador Haidar Hadi - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Iraq to the Republic of Belarus and HE Ambassador Ahmed Bamari - Head of Europe Department at the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs attended the political consultations.
