The Missing Augari Chest at coordinates (57,63) in the Antoran Wastes is "locked", the chest offers a hint that it will open for "one wielding the power that echos that of the Augari". Using the Shroud of Arcane Echos ability in front of the chest will allow it to be looted.
Shroud of Arcane Echos is one of four zone specific abilities that is selected via the Matrix Core in the Vindicaar. All locked treasures in Argus that have a purple coloured crystal hovering nearby can be accessed using Shroud of Arcane Echos.
Shroud of Arcane Echos is awarded to players who have completed the introductory quests in the Mac'Aree sub-zone and placed the Sigil of Awakening in the Vindicaar.
The Missing Augari Chest is inside a cave on the Fel-sludge river below the Felfire Armory. There is a back entrance to the cave at coordinates (58,65), to the the left hand side of a building on the Eastern edge of the Felfire Armory. You will be be able to see the chest icon on your mini-map when you are close.
I started at the Light's Purchase beacon and ran through the Felfire Armory to the cave's back entrance. Once you jump down to the chest you will not be able to return the way you came. You could exit through the front of the cave or simply hearth/teleport somewhere else.

Each of the four Matrix Core spells are colour coded, a coloured crystal near a locked treasure will let you know which spell should be used to unlock the treasure.
Light's Judgement: Yellow
Lightforged Warframe: Blue
Shroud of Arcane Echoes: Purple
Fel Heart of Argus: Red
