The Next Misconception is : If you Drive a car in the State of Ohio and the "car" has no insurance and you get pulled over... It's not your Problem right ??? Driving a car without insurance is against the law in the State of Ohio. If you own a car , you have to register it with the State Ohio and when you register it , they ask you if you have insurance on the vehicle because it is a law. Some, don't think it's a big deal not to have insurance but it can be a very big deal. It can cause a lot of issues with your drivers license if you are caught without insurance on a car that you are driving. Also, uninsured motorist claims are one of the driving #factors of #increased #insurance cost in the State of #Ohio and across the #usa

**All States have different Laws and guidelines so make sure you double check what the laws of your state says. These laws can change as well so It's always good to stay attuned to different changing insurance laws and regulations in your state.
