Ingredients of Egg Prawn Devil
For the Potato Prawn Mixture :
Prawn/Shrimp- 1 lb/250grams
Large size white potato -1
Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
Chopped onion 1 cup
Ginger & garlic grated 1 tablespoon
Chopped green chilies 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder 1/2teaspoon
Salt to taste
Chopped cilantro 1/2 cup
For the batter :
Egg 1, lightly beaten
Corn starch 2 tsp
Crushed peppercorns 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Other Ingredients :
Hard boiled eggs 2
Bread crsumbs 2 tbsp +1/2 cup, I used Panko
Oil for deep fry
1 tsp Chat Masala
1 tsp AMCHUR powder
