The XHDATA D-608WB AM FM Stereo Weather Alert Bluetooth MP3 Player Shortwave Emergency Radio has Quite a Few Options that most Radios in this Price Range Don't. In this video I scan the Morning Shortwave, Weather, and FM bands. I make a discovery with the Volume Threshold. It seems when you increase the Gain with a Wire, you overload the Amp Circuit for the Volume, and the Radio Sets it Low. You have to go over 25 to get the Volume back to normal. Interesting handling of the Speaker Volume.
