The pictures in the media and papers
frighten us, make us speechless and sad.
When buildings are destroyed, soldiers killed,
just rubble, parents and kids are dead.

We’ve never thought, that it is possible
that a war in Europe could happen again.
We are shocked, trying to help,
and our soul is in pain.

Ref:
We are standing here to pray for peace and not to blame.
Let it happen and stop the war in Ukraine.

Missiles do not hit only buildings, also children and their mums.
Stand still, lay down your weapons and listen to your heart!
Don’t let it happen, throw away all your guns!
Don’t trust politicians who wants to tear families apart!

We’ve never thought, that it is possible
