Insurance industry has not changes for many years, and Ted Lin was one of those who believed it will keep the same way as it is for decades. However, he questions the mechanism behind insurance after a catastrophic accident of TransAsia Airways in 2014. The insurance reimbursement and the number of passengers who had insurance coverage were incredibly low. This was where Lin decided to redesign the insurance product by analyzing all review and record of insurance products brought in Taiwan. What they found was amazing.

Ted Lin is CEO of fiNext Inc. and currently dedicated himself on changing the old insurance industry in Taiwan. Lin and his team zero-in data analysis and consumer behavior to find out the possible solution to change the insurance industry in Taiwan.
