I invite all candidates and current Members of Parliament standing for re election in March to reach out if they wished to record a message to share with the community ahead of the South Australian state election.

Today, I was pleased to speak with David Wright, Greens candidate for the seat of Playford.

David has lived in the North Eastern suburbs for the past 30 years and is standing for election because he wants to see real action on key issues such as climate change and housing affordability. He believes in securing a fair deal for all Australians while protecting the environment for future generations.

David has worked his entire career as an engineer and currently works as a systems engineer in the aerospace industry.

David believes politics should focus on what is best for people, both now and into the future. He believes the two major parties are too focused on corporate donors and not focused enough on everyday Australians. He is seeking to represent the community and put the interests of local people front and centre.
