The Minnesota Voters Alliance, New House Republican Caucus, Kim Crockett and others conducted a remote press conference with attorney Erick Kaardal to introduce their lawsuit about a mask requirement in Minnesota polling places.



The suit, claims, among other points that Governor Walz lacks unilateral authority to enact the edict and that the mask requirement contradicts state statute which actually outlaws wearing masks in public.
