When we see patients with low back pain, we focus on three crucial aspects

The discs function as the shock absorbers between the vertebrae as well as preventing the bones from rubbing against each other. As the discs get smaller, the hole in them that allows nerves to pass through also gets smaller along with preventing less room for air to enter when we bend over.
