RBI MPC Meet: Key Highlights From Governors Speech | Shaktikanta Das | Repo Rate | Inflation

On June 7, the Reserve Bank of India's Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) decided to keep the policy repo rate unchanged at 6.5%, marking the eighth consecutive meeting without a rate change. The GDP growth projection for FY25 is set at 7.2%, with quarterly forecasts of 7.3% for Q1, 7.2% for Q2, 7.3% for Q3, and 7.2% for Q4. RBI Governor Shaktikanta Das expressed optimism about the prospects of a normal south-west monsoon.
