Lift Bed Toy Hauler Utility Trailer Haulina

Several of you have asked about the lift bed in the trailer. I first found this idea on Bill Ellison's YouTube channel. He is a young man out of Canada with a lot of good ideas for trailers. I did make a few changes but the use of the adjustable aluminum E-track decking/shoring beams was very good. I purchased the 1" pipe and bearings used on 99% of garage doors from a distributor for about $25.00. Being an old electrician I use conduit for many things and when I need additional strength I add the threaded rod. The placement of the conduit to guide the straps is critical and using guides on the conduit is a good idea. The basic frame needed to be completed long before any of the finishes were installed in the trailer. Hope you enjoy and learn from my mistakes and experiences. Jim Cassidy
