Setting up a reply for Story Mentions is easy

1. Log in to Clever Messenger
2. Navigate to the Facebook page that has the Instagram account attached you want to set up the Story Mention feature for
3. From there, navigate to Configure, and click on the Instagram tab:
4. In the lower-left part of the screen you see a box where you're able to select the Flow from the dropdown you want to use as a reply for Story Mentions. If you don't see any Flows you first need to create a Flow using the Flow Composer.
5. When the Flow is selected, don't forget to toggle the switch. You can also preview the Flow before publishing by clicking the Open Preview link.
6. After you've toggled the switch your chatbot is replying to people on Instagram who mention your username in their stories.

Tip: In order to trigger Story Mention automations, the Story Mention should start with "@" and can only be triggered for public accounts.
