Karolić has performed in over a thousand concerts worldwide, appeared on numerous CDs, radio, and television broadcasts, and earned acclaim for his dedication to reviving Baroque music through scholarly research and innovative editions.

As a trusted authority in the field, Karolić is regularly engaged by prestigious festivals, including the Bayreuth Baroque Opera Festival and the Belgrade Early Music Festival, further cementing his reputation as a leading figure in Baroque opera performance and scholarship.
