Shadowdancer With Non-Caster Party - Ep.13: Shoplifting, Assembling the Party, and Slavers

This is the continuation of the "A Band of Thieves" (thief-only) run through BG1 with Bruce Willis, the dwarven shadowdancer. The party will consist of Minsc, Korgan, Keldorn, Mazzy, and Valygar (no casters).

I should probably clarify that the Inquisitor innate Dispel Magic ability is nerfed to 1.5x their level (rather than 2x), so while Keldorn is absolutely useful throughout this entire run, his dispel ability isn't as overpowered as it is in vanilla. In my opinion, nerfing it to 1x his level makes it virtually useless, and there would never be any reason to recruit him over a cleric, Haer'Dalis, or any mage.

It's also perhaps worth mentioning that all of SoA was completed with almost no Improved Haste. I only used the Bracers of Blinding Strike, which give 20 seconds of Improved Haste, a few times near the end of the game. In ToB, improved protection cloaks were used for Improved Haste situationally.

This is a long playthrough of the Baldur's Gate saga without casters (SCS, insane, double damage, Ascension, RR). Non-casters just means that casting spells isn't among the character's primary abilities, as most companions can cast some form of spell. So, for example, even though Minsc has some spell-casting abilities, I wouldn't consider him a caster, as he's primarily a fighter.
