I work out every Monday through Friday and, even though I really don’t know what I’m doing, I’m getting stronger! Slowly but surely, I am noticing big differences in my body.
While I am getting better with my workouts, I’m still clearly far from being “professional”. The good news with that, especially if you’re just starting off, you will probably feel more comfortable knowing that you’re not the only one that thinks some of this stuff is hard! You will see me, at times, do dumb things (Ha!). You’ll see me struggle -just like anyone else may struggle. You’ll see me, over time, get stronger too!
I chose to do something knowing that it wouldn’t be easy. I said I was going to get ripped! -Watch me do it. Do it with me if you want.
I try to be chill and motivating at the same time. More than anything I do or say, though, if you’re trying to take better care of yourself, you know you’re not alone.
I’m your gym buddy. Let’s go!

I need you all to know that this page is only possible because of the hard work being done by Dazola (Ann) every single day! She has held my hand through every step of the way -making sure I don’t do the things that I always seem to do (mess it all up somehow). IT’S A LOT TO KEEP TRACK OF ME! She’s done a great job with everything and she’s been really cool the entire time. I am glad we’re working together and YOU, the subscribers, ARE GLAD, TOO!
She basically takes care of everything (edits, posts, moderation, thumbnails) SHE DOES IT ALL and she does it well! She does more than I listed, but I didn’t list it because I have no idea how to do any of what she does. She great, though, and you all need to know it!
Please excuse my “ALL CAPS” moments throughout this appreciation acknowledgement. Sometimes I get excited.
