This 4 bedroom terracehouse / townhouse design sits on a 4.5 x 30 meter plot with the total footprint of the house at under 4.5 x 20 meters (under 90sqm)

The interior layout accounts for communal living space as well as spacious private quarters in the bedrooms with inbuilt planters spanning the width of the balconies of bedrooms situated at the front of the house that immerses them in a sense of nature.

The light well in the middle of the house next to the staircase no only prevents the center of the structure from being dark and moody by letting in lots of natural light but it also acts as an inlet for fresh air and enables air circulation and the climax of the house is the beautiful rooftop garden terrace.
