Hi guys ,
Yes it was a reunion just the next day of ISHQBAAAZ completing 7 years and co incidentally we all met except few people.
Well meditation is not everyone’s cup
Of tea. But i have been trying to do it or get better in it , but am Not able to and then Bharati Jaisingh incited us for this workshop which included dance therapy which was conducted by her and sound bath meditation which was conducted by manisha pandit where i got to feel the sense of meditation and go into it .
