HAVEN HAFAN Y MOR - Family Weekend Away

Join us as we spend the weekend at Haven Hafan Y Mor in North Wales. At Haven's Hafan Y Mor site at Pwllheli we stay in a Bronze Caravan with 3 bedrooms and had a great family weekend.

Arriving on Friday evening we quickly order Papa Johns Pizza to our Caravan using the Haven Serve App, due to the rain we stay in the caravan until the next morning.

Saturday morning is glorious sunshine so we spare no time and explore the Hafan Y Mor park. We start in the boardwalk area and look around the arcade before walking over the bridge towards the Dragon Lakes area. Here we see the activities that we will be doing later in the day such as the climbing wall and dragon boat pedalos.

We then walk back over the bridge and go to the swimming pool for about an hour and a half. After we finish swimming we have lunch at Slim Chickens, Holly has the chicken wings, Matthew has chicken tenders and I have the classic chicken burger. It tasted really good although a little expensive.

We go back to the caravan for a bit where I film a full tour of our bronze caravan.

After a rest we go on the climbing wall followed by the pedal boats and then walk to the nearby beach.

We go for our evening meal at the Coast House Restaurant, I have the mixed grill, Matthew has scampi and chips and Holly has lasagna.

After diner we go for another walk around Haven Hafan Y Mor before heading back to the caravan.

On Sunday the weather takes a turn for the worst and it mains most of the day.

First we go swimming again and then have Sunday Lunch at the Coast House Restaurant followed by ice cream and milkshakes at the Cakery.

Due to the weather we had to cancel our adventure golf and aerial adventure and spent most of the day in the caravan.

When the father got better we ventured our to explore again looking for old remnants of Butlins Pwllheli that used to be here, we found the old train station.

We go to the Cove theatre area and have fish and chips before leaving Hafan Y Mor and driving home.
