Today I would like to take you with me to my work, a mixed-abled art studio, and talk a little bit about the importance of diversity and inclusion while sharing some thoughts on Joseph Beuys and his concept of the social sculpture. We as adults often tend to forget that creativity manifests in all kinds of ways. Each day is a new opportunity to give creative energy to this world and express ourselves in various ways.
If you feel lost right now - like I did for some time in my life - I want to encourage you to take back your power, your creative energy. Live it, be it, and spread it the way you want. Whether you’re an accountant, a farmer, a nurse, or a painter - or just yourself :) It’s your natural given right.
I'll also talk about my struggles with finding a place where I belong… and the importance of letting your intuition guide you to places where you feel seen and accepted for who you are.
